So it become the first malayalam film that release world wide after all in 8 countries.

The story line is the clichéd revenge and rivalry but a superb star cast with experienced direction makes it all go unnoticed. Not so for trained eyes though. Joshi has made every attempt to give it a fresh and never attempted style to every shot and it seems to have worked. Mohan Lal plays Christy - a pivotal character – quite obviously. He looked younger, fresh and well-attired for a change. His dialogues gave goose bumps all the while and the punch phrase “haraharooo” is probably going to be a hit among the youth. Lekshmi Rai comes in fleetingly for a couple of songs. Dileep as Joji plays Lal’s brother and he does a good job as usual. The movie revolves mostly around Kavya Madhavan and incidents that affect her.Director Joshi’s movies have always been bigger than life. Multi-casts are in line with his fare almost always. Christian Brothers the latest flick by this veteran director, after his magnum opus Twenty 20, has been in news since for long mostly for the star cast that anything else.
