Spirit is an upcoming Malayalam Satirical film written and directed by Ranjith, previously decided to RELEASED ON JUNE – 7 but now it is postponded.
The film is about increasing habits of alcoholism in Kerala.
The principal photography of the film started on March 2012. It has been produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner Aashirvad Cinemas.Prakash Raj were to be one of the lead actors in the film. But he was later replaced by Shankar Ramakrishnan who makes his debut as an actor.
The film tells about the changes created by a women in a well known writers life.
