Shwetha Menon, the
bold face of Mollywood, famous on allowing to shoot her pregnancy and delivery covered
for a movie named “Kalimannu”. Now she become a news maker in kerala, all was
not that well during the prestigious President's Trophy Boat Race held at
Kollam on November 1. The actress who was invited as the chief guest of the
event claims that she was being insulted at the function by a politician.
However, the actress declined to divulge into the details of the person who allegedly abused her. Talking to the reporters, Shwetha said "I am deeply hurt and was ashamed of what had happened to me. I have made a complaint to the district collector."
If the reports are to be believed, the accused person is someone who is a well-known figure in the political circle. Leaders of various women outfits across the state raised protest over the incident and exhorted the authorities to take strong action against the culprit.
