Peruchazhi, much awaited Mohanlal- Mukesh comedy thriller is
reportedly set for a massive release. The reports are that the film will be
released in 500 screens worldwide, which is the highest release ever by a
Malayalam cinema.
The Arun Vaidhyanathan directorial, which will be released on
29 August is distributed by Friday Tickets in Kerala and Fox Star Studios will
be distributing it outside Kerala.
Meanwhile, its US distribution will be done by Friday Tickets
and will be screened with English subtitles outside Kerala. The film's Middle
East release is confirmed to be on 4 September.
The film, produced by Sandra Thomas and Vijay Babu under the
banner of Friday Film House, is also certified "U" by the Central
Board of Film Certification.
