In Grand Master a racy crime thriller, mohanlal will play a police officers role with different mannerisms. He who also a divorcee, Live alone in a dark and violent city. Even when unlawful events taken place around him, he withdraw from all his responsibilities and is happy to live quietly. But he is forced to change and take up his duties and responsibilities.
But, only once, just once he made a fatal mistake, for which his whole life gets drastically altered. Priyamani is acting in as Mohanlal' ex-wife, who is also a lawyer. It should be noted that this new film "GRAND MASTER" will UTV Motion Pictures first malayalam movie. And other major highlight is that at first time national award winning artists Mohanlal and Priyamani join together in one movie.
This film is rumored to be inspired from the Liam Neeson's thriller movie 'Taken'.
Earlier, this upcoming film 'Grandmaster' was scheduled to get released on this April 27th, but according to the latest reports that are coming out, 'Grandmaster' will only have its release by this May 3rd.
It was earlier reported that on April 27th, it will be Mohanlal v/s Mohanlal in Kerala box-office, but with 'Grandmaster' getting postponed by one week, Mohanlal's Priyadarshan directed Hindi movie 'Tezz' won't have to compete with the other Mohanlal movie.
